Jonas Salk Defeats Polio honored by its own stamp

This wonderful picture collage salutes Jonas Salk who invented the vaccine that conquered Polio.  The collage features a copy of the New York Times story headlining his discovery. Highlighting the collage is the stamp issued to honor Jonas Salk and his Polio vaccine.

I make all these collages by hand.  As a history buff as well as a lover of old movies and all types of sports, the key to each picture is the research behind it.  Deciding what movies should go with a particular star or what game or series would best reflect a certain sports hero is crucial to a successful collage. I then design each picture individually and lay out the design on the mat.  Finally, I cut each mat based on that design and assemble the collage.

is free for the United States.  I accept PayPal as payment which is due within seven days of purchase. I make a daily trip to the Post Office so your item will normally ship within 24 hours after payment is received.  Regardless of how many items you purchase at one time, you will only be charged one shipping fee.  All other items are shipped free.  If the E-Bay invoice does not reflect this, please contact me for a correct invoice.
